We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. As a Porter, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating lasting impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome Guests: Ensure every guest feels valued and cared for upon arrival and departure, building genuine connections to make their experience unforgettable.
- Concierge Services: Assist with all needs at the concierge desk, entryway, and parking area, including valet services, and maintain the presentation of the lobby, driveway, and parking areas.
- Gather Insights: Share local knowledge and recommendations to fulfill guest requests, from sporting events to popular attractions and dining experiences.
- Address Concerns: Respond promptly to guest concerns, incorporating feedback to continuously improve satisfaction.
- Enhance Experience: Note and record guest preferences for future visits, ensuring a personalized experience.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in hospitality.
- Licenses: Current, open driver's license required for valet services and vehicle handling.
- Social Skills: Ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Promotion Skills: Skill in upselling and promoting venues and services, enhancing the guest experience while boosting brand loyalty.
- Industry Knowledge: Genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, bringing energy and dedication to each guest interaction.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
