Support Worker: Enrich Lives

We seek a dedicated support worker to provide high-quality, person-centred assistance to NDIS participants, empowering them to achieve their goals and live independently.

About the Role:

  • Offer daily living assistance (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
  • Enable clients to participate in community activities and recreational pursuits
  • Assist with transportation to appointments and social events
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Foster collaboration with clients, families, and support coordinators

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Singhalese (spoken and written) is essential
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar support role is required
  • A solid understanding of the NDIS and person-centred care principles is crucial
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is mandatory
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check is necessary
  • A valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle are preferred but not essential
