Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests of our residents, both within the care home and beyond.
  • Connect residents through social events, games, and meaningful conversations, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
  • Provide emotional support and daily assistance with tasks such as mealtimes, outings, and personal care for residents with cognitive impairment or mental health needs.
  • Gather feedback from residents and their families to ensure our activities meet their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan, document, and evaluate activities and progress.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and food safety standards.

Requirements:
