**About the Role**
You will be working with a client requiring **high-complex care**, **including Manual handling**, while also fostering positive engagement and promoting their independence. **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver **high-complex care services**, including **Manual handling**, ensuring adherence to safety and procedural guidelines.
- Support the client in achieving and maintaining independence within their home and community.
- Provide personal care, including showering, grooming, and dressing, with sensitivity and respect for the client's dignity.
- Facilitate meaningful social interactions, foster engagement, and encourage participation in community activities.
- Assist with light domestic tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to support the client's daily living needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of care plans and progress, liaising with allied health professionals as required.
- Uphold a professional demeanor, ensuring that the client's trust, safety, and well-being are always prioritized.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Current **First Aid Certificate & CPR**.
- VIC **Working with Children Check (WWCC)** and **NDIS Worker Check**.
- Valid **Driver's License** and **access to a reliable vehicle** for commuting and client transportation.
- Up-to-date **COVID-19 vaccination certificate** (including booster) and **flu vaccination**.
- Completion of NDIS **Supporting Effective Communication** and **Worker Orientation** modules.

**Preferred Qualifications and requirements**:

- Education or qualifications in **Disability Support, Nursing, Allied Health**, or similar fields.
- Prior experience working with clients requiring high-complex care.
- **WILLING TO START IMMEDITALY.**
