About the Role:

Queensland Rail is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our recruitment efforts. As the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a company-wide recruitment strategy that attracts top talent and aligns with our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a company-wide recruitment strategy that attracts top talent and aligns with our organisational goals.
  • Lead the recruitment team to achieve successful outcomes across Queensland.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration across the network.
  • Develop project plans and manage risks for significant recruitment campaigns, ensuring successful outcomes across Queensland.
  • Oversee a vast range of recruitment campaigns including high-volume campaigns for apprentices, graduates, and trainees, showcasing Queensland Rail as an employer of choice across the state.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Strong analytical mind and the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and best practices in talent sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • The ability to assess challenges and develop effective solutions.
