We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our talent acquisition and retention strategy and partner with senior leaders on best practice sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process of a variety of roles by actively sourcing candidates through targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Effectively manage existing relationships with senior leaders across Fyfe to build a strong understanding of their business, technical, and cultural fit requirements.
  • Coach leaders on effective interview techniques.
  • Demonstrate your natural professional social media persona to grow our brand and showcase our culture and projects.
  • Implement current recruitment software to maximise effectiveness and build on recruitment led metrics.
  • Be involved in developing and deploying Fyfe's EVP.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for white collar technical engineering roles, ideally within the Oil and Gas consulting industry or Civil Engineering in the Property and Infrastructure is a requirement.
  • Experience and confidence in cold calling and headhunting targeted candidates.
  • Proactive, with a high attention to detail.
  • A great communicator, that is professional yet personable, and flexible in your approach to suit different stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of candidate attraction, including employment branding through various sourcing mediums.
  • You are a permanent resident/citizen or have full working rights.
