Personal Care Worker Position

We are seeking experienced aged care workers who possess a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or a related discipline to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for and supporting older people to maintain their dignity and independence, as well as the ability to provide and document services accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents;
  • Document services accurately and efficiently;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes;
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon appointment);
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and nights on a rotating basis;
  • Passion for making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our older community.
