Job Title: Dedicated Care Professionals Wanted

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to individuals with complex disabilities.


About the Role

Your day-to-day tasks will be diverse and varied, but your primary focus will be on supporting clients to achieve their goals and live independently. This may involve providing personal care, assisting with medication, shopping, or cooking, as well as helping clients to develop new skills and confidence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for working with people with disabilities, both mental and physical. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
