Care Professional

We are seeking skilled professionals to provide in-home care services to individuals in the Eastern Suburbs and Western Sydney regions.

This is an opportunity for compassionate and caring individuals who want to make a difference in people's lives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong time management and organisational abilities.

The role involves providing personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transportation, and meal preparation shifts. Shift hours will vary depending on your availability.

  • Ability to provide personal care/domestic care, transportation to shopping and Doctor's appointments
  • Passion for empowering and supporting others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organisational ability
  • Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
  • Experience in caring for elderly people

Essential requirements include:

  • Current or enrolled in Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Driver's licence and own car with comprehensive insurance
