Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments in line with Department of Health and Aging and ACAT guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess clients' needs and develop tailored care plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote timely access to aged care services.
  • Conduct assessments in acute care facilities and community settings, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to ensuring consistency and equity of access to services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Valid vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
  • NSW Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality care in accordance with organizational standards.
