Seeking Experienced Aged Care Professionals

We are currently seeking experienced Assistant in Nursing (AIN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in aged care facilities.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional aged care services and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to deliver comprehensive care plans and maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality nursing care to residents.
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient care.
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of full-time experience as an Aged Care AIN or 1+ year of full-time experience as an Aged Registered Nurse.
  • Cert III or preferably Cert IV in Aged Care for AINs and Bachelor of Nursing as a minimum requirement for RNs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
