Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to play a key part in shaping the lives of young children and supporting their growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging educational programs for children aged 2 to 6 years
  • Provide a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and exploration
  • Observe and document children's learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families
  • Collaborate with the early learning team to ensure a cohesive learning experience
  • Maintain the health, safety and well-being of all children
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • A relevant Early Childhood education qualification (Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education)
  • Experience as an Early Childhood Educator, preferably in long day care or preschool setting
  • A strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for childcare and commitment to supporting young children
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
