**Short Term Rental Sales Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team as a Reservations Coordinator. As the linchpin within the team, you will be responsible for coordinating bookings across our portfolio of luxury properties in prime locations.

The role involves:

  • Coordinate bookings and manage availability, minimum night stays and tariffs.
  • Train new owners on the use of our online platform (Owner Link).
  • Monitor property usage to identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas to operational improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous customer service experience, excellent organisational skills and strong diligence. You will also need effective communication skills and a drivers license with a reliable car. Additionally, you must be currently living in and have the right to work in Australia.
