About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled WHS professional to join our team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of transitioning to a permanent role. You will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and delivering our WHS management system and strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze WHS reports and statistics
  • Develop and improve WHS plans and strategies
  • Investigate incidents and claims
  • Conduct safety training for managers and supervisors

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a WHS-centric role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Local Council experience preferred, but not essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications beneficial
