Key Responsibilities- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Develop and implement safety training programs to educate staff on WHS&E best practices.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WHS&E considerations into project design and construction.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on safety performance and compliance status to management.
We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven individual with a proven track record of maintaining ISO 45001 certification in an industrial setting. You should have a strong understanding of WHS&E regulations and a passion for fostering a safety culture within a manufacturing environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
- Minimum of 3-5 years of local experience in a similar position
- Certificate IV or equiv. qualification in WH&S
- Proven experience in Worker's compensation (Return to Work coordination)
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of WHS&E regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and process-driven with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to work with and protect confidential information
