Job Title: WHS&E Specialist

Talent Focus is seeking a dedicated WHS&E Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing health, safety, and environmental systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This includes:

  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Developing and implementing safety training programs for employees.
  • Conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborating with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on safety performance and compliance status.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • A Certificate IV or equivalent qualification in WHS.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to make critical decisions and develop policies and procedures.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
