WHS Management System Specialist

The Company, a leading Independent School in Sydney's lower North Shore, is seeking a skilled WHS professional to develop and maintain a comprehensive WHS Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a WHS Management System aligned with ISO 45001 and NSW WHS Act and Regulations.
  • Assist in the development and review of the School's Risk Management Strategy, including risk prioritization, mitigation strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Enhance compliance systems and programs to create value within the School.
  • Oversee the implementation of the WHS Management System and report on its effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in WHS Management or Business Administration.
  • Strong understanding of WHS and Australian risk management and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective workplace relationships.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
