About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead the growth of our accounting channel for SMEs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee the day-to-day management of the channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for the accounting channel, including the creation and execution of a new GTM strategy.
  • Provide management support and direct oversight to the local team of BDMs and relationship managers in the channel.
  • Direct revenue responsibility, driving performance across qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Leverage channel expertise and networks for business development, with experience selling SaaS solutions into the accounting channel.
  • Manage sales cycle, sales pipeline, and sales operating rhythm specifically for partnerships.
  • Develop strong relationships with key business partners, understanding the importance of managing key accounts.
  • Work closely with Product and other key stakeholders to provide feedback and ideas to improve the CVP and processes for the target market.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on leadership and technical development.
  • Manage stakeholders across the organisation, being a strong influencer and fostering an action-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • CA or CPA qualification preferable, but not essential.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in Payments, with experience selling SaaS solutions into the accounting professional services channel.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
