Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Documentation Officer to join our team at Creative Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and disseminating material generated through our flagship People's Parish community engagement project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and disseminate material generated through the People's Parish community engagement project
- Record TRACS' activities and develop systems around the archiving of TRACS' holdings of audio, visual and printed materials
- Work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Develop and maintain databases and catalogues to support project documentation
- Provide administrative support to the TRACS team as needed
Requirements:
- Strong background in project documentation, collation and database management
- Experience of working with audio-visual equipment and software
- Experience of editing audio-visual content for web use
- Some experience of working with catalogues or archives is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of, or interest in, the traditional arts of Scotland
