About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their long-term success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop targeted campaigns to drive security awareness and user engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing actionable insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals and address potential risks.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, customer success, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to ask questions to better understand customer needs and goals.
