**Job Description:**

Brand Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Champion to join our team. As a Brand Champion, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers get the most value from our product.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Onboard and activate new customers to achieve their first success quickly.
  • Lead quarterly check-ins to tie product usage to outcomes and drive business momentum.
  • Protect and grow customer relationships by spotting risks early, building save plans, owning renewals, and driving expansion.
  • Translate feedback into actionable signals for Product and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate health, notes, and forecasts to ensure no surprises.
  • Champion playbooks and continuously improve our customer experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

You should have 2-4+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and have a proven track record of driving business growth.
