To learn more and see our work in action some of media coverage can be found here: the opportunity We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying and securing new large-scale customers. This role is pivotal to the growth of Community Resources' enterprises and will work closely with our General Managers and the BD, Marketing and Communications team to develop tailored value propositions and close high-value contracts.
This role offers flexibility in location and can be based in any of our offices, at Darlinghurst, Tuncurry, or Port Kembla, or performed remotely from home.
What You'll Do: Drive growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large and strategic customers.
Lead strategically: Develop and implement BD processes and tools that support scalable growth across the organisation.
Collaborate and influence: Work with enterprise leaders to shape customer sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
Build relationships: Engage key decision-makers and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Mentor and lead: Support and coach internal stakeholders to build a high-performance sales and
