Job Description:
- A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Relationship Executive to join our organisation, supporting a critical portfolio of health clients.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated aptitude for Banking, Finance and Industry niches, with a background in business development. A solid understanding of credit, risk and security is essential, as well as a grasp of contracts and documentation.
This role involves taking full ownership of a customer portfolio, focusing on retaining, growing and attracting profitable relationships with business lending needs.
You'll be responsible for managing and expanding your client base, ensuring each customer receives personalised and expert banking support.
You'll engage with clients, advisors and industry influencers to deepen relationships and enhance our external brand presence.
Structuring business lending transactions in line with our credit appetite, policies and procedures will be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
In addition to managing your portfolio, you'll coach and develop your aligned Corporate Analyst, fostering a collaborative and high-performing partnership.
Requirements:
- Degree
- Experience in Banking, Finance and Industry niches
- Background in business development
- Understanding of credit, risk and security
- Grasp of contracts and documentation
