Job Title: IT Service Continuity Manager

This role involves ensuring the continuity of our customers' IT systems and delivering high-quality services.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in assessing, developing, and communicating recovery environment requirements and plans for our customers.
  • Ensure Disaster Recovery plans align with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements.
  • Identify recovery requirements for new applications and systems, and manage the implementation of recovery and availability techniques and technologies.
  • Maintain monthly status reporting, plans, and other Disaster Recovery documentation.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial IT, with a background in both mainframe and client/server technologies.
  • Thorough knowledge of information systems, operating systems, databases, and networking.
  • Excellent customer relationship building and management skills.
