Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving process improvements across our mental health service, focusing on feedback, audits, and clinical risk management.

This includes supporting the collection, use, evaluation, and management of feedback and risk information within the Area Mental Health Service. The ideal candidate will be a resource and contact person for feedback and complaints management, risk monitoring, and improvement, adherence to standards, and legislative compliance across the service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement
  • Capture, analyze, and manage feedback and risk data
  • Manage feedback and complaints, and enhance services through quality improvement initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a clinical discipline and/or health service management
  • Experience in facilitating organisational change and staff involvement in planning and service development initiatives
