Job Overview

The IT Service Continuity Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer continuity requirements and delivering high-quality IT service continuity management services.

Key objectives include ensuring disaster recovery readiness aligned with customers' service continuity plans, assessing, developing, coordinating, and communicating recovery environment requirements and plans, and maintaining monthly status reports and other disaster recovery documentation.

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement are essential to achieve these goals and foster productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Strong technical knowledge of information systems, operating systems, databases, and networking is required, as well as excellent relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans that align with customer and organisational insurance requirements.
  • Lead Disaster Recovery teams in assessing, developing, coordinating, and communicating recovery environment requirements and plans for customers.
  • Ensure all stakeholders adhere to processes aligned with customer requirements and best practices.
