Based in Port Botany Bay, Sydney, this role coordinates and supports the administration of contractual activities for container terminal and logistics park development projects at Port Botany and other locations across Australia.

Liaising with headquarters on contract coordination, managing internal approvals for payment applications and budget changes, and contributing to cash flow forecasting and progress tracking are key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate brings experience from large-scale infrastructure projects and a strong understanding of contract administration within complex project environments.

  • Manage payment applications and approvals
  • Assist and support the team in continuous improvement of contract administration systems
  • Assist the Project Team with commercial tasks
  • Contribute to risk management efforts
  • Maintain organized records of contract documents and correspondence
  • Ensure adherence to DP World's safety standards

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, along with 3-5 years' experience in large-scale infrastructure or port projects.

Familiarity with FIDIC, Australian contract law, and construction contract frameworks is necessary. Proficient in contract management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Project, as well as experience collaborating with clients, contractors, and consultants, is also required.
