**Terminal Support Specialist Role Overview**We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Terminal Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support across key operational and engineering functions.This role plays a critical part in coordinating day-to-day processes, document control, procurement, reporting, and terminal-related projects.To be successful, you will need to manage competing priorities, adapt to fast-paced operations, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative duties including document control, record keeping, scanning, and courier coordination.
  • Manage purchase requisitions and orders in Oracle and Maximo systems.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires, arranging site access, PPE, and workstations.
  • Maintain SharePoint document control and generate reports using Excel and Visio.
  • Coordinate site visits, stakeholder communications, and event logistics for key leaders.
  • Contribute to engineering and operations reporting, including daily KPIs and monthly submissions.
  • Support safety, HR, engineering, and operational teams in project documentation and compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards across internal and external stakeholder interactions.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Oracle and Maximo systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
