About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Terminal Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support across key operational and engineering functions.
This role involves coordinating daily processes, document control, procurement, reporting, and terminal-related projects.The successful candidate will need to manage competing priorities, adapt to fast-paced environments, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Join a collaborative, high-performing team and contribute to efficient global trade operations.Key AccountabilitiesPerform administrative duties such as document control, record keeping, scanning, and courier coordination.Create and manage purchase requisitions and orders using Oracle and Maximo systems.Assist with onboarding new hires, including arranging site access, PPE, and workstations.Maintain SharePoint document control and generate reports with Excel and Visio.Support site visit coordination, stakeholder communication, and event logistics for key leaders.Contribute to engineering and operations reports, including daily KPIs and monthly submissions.Support safety, HR, engineering, and operational teams with project documentation and compliance.Maintain high customer service standards in stakeholder interactions.Qualifications, Skills, and ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience in administrative support or terminal operations (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Visio.Experience with CMMS (e.g., Maximo) and procurement platforms (e.g., Oracle) is highly regarded.Ability to prepare reports, manage workflows, and maintain accurate documentation.Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, and invoicing processes.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with port or heavy industry operations is desirable.About DP WorldTrade is vital to the global economy, creating opportunities and improving lives worldwide.
