Hotel Room Attendant Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards, including changing bed linens, replacing towels, emptying trash bins, and restocking amenities.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors to maintain a neat appearance.
  • Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance and ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests.
  • Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
  • Strong physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn, with a 'Can Do' attitude.
