With your coaching finesse, you will guarantee our team consistently delivers top-tier cleanliness and productivity, ensuring a sparkling and secure stay for our guests.

Job Description

You will support and coordinate our housekeeping team's daily activities, ensuring a smooth workflow. This includes allocating rooms for team members during shifts to maintain an even workload distribution, conducting daily room inspections for quality assurance, and monitoring labour costs.

Foster team motivation and growth by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills. Your goal is to create a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Maintain high cleanliness and productivity standards, aligning with company guidelines to enhance guest experiences. This involves identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize our housekeeping processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A sharp eye for detail and previous leadership experience in Housekeeping
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, along with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • The ability to think on your feet to keep things running smoothly throughout the day
  • A high standard of personal grooming and a polished appearance
  • Willingness to not only lead the team but to also work alongside them to ensure their success
