About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in Western Sydney. As an all-rounder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences across multiple areas of the venue.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
  • Working in various areas including Housekeeping, Bar, and Gaming
  • Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Current RSA, RCG, and ARCG qualification is essential
  • Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
