Our team at Durk's Cafe is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

We are seeking motivated individuals who share our enthusiasm and commitment to excellence in the following roles:

  • Baristas: Prepare specialty coffees, engage with customers, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, and collaborate on seasonal offerings.
  • Front of House Workers: Greet customers warmly, take orders, operate point-of-sale systems, maintain dining areas, and work closely with kitchen and barista teams.
  • Kitchen Staff: Prepare and cook menu items, manage inventory, uphold food safety and hygiene practices, assist with general kitchen duties, and collaborate with front of house staff.

To succeed in these roles, you will require:

  • Previous experience is beneficial but not essential; we welcome individuals with a passion for coffee, customer service, and food.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations with ease.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required, demonstrating a commitment to meeting business needs.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, embracing challenges and opportunities to grow and develop within the team.
