About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Barista. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Job Description:

  • Deliver above customer expectation service for valued customers
  • Complete sale transactions using Point Of Sale
  • Maintain site standards including cleanliness, merchandising, and promotional displays
  • Conduct activities in accordance with safety and operational procedures on the forecourt and in-store
  • Ongoing training to remain up-to-date on the latest knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Well-presented, strong communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a positive and close-knit team, as well as thrive independently
