We're seeking driven individuals to join our Claims Management Group to support employees in their recovery and return to work.
As an Administration Officer or Support Officer, you will provide assistance and support to Claims Managers in the management of worker's compensation claims. You may be required to read and review sensitive information, including clinical information and medical reports, as well as have direct contact with employees who are injured or unwell.
Our team provides claims administration and income support services, including the calculation of weekly incapacity benefits and processing accounts payable. We offer a dynamic workplace, generous remuneration and leave entitlements, and opportunities for learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- IDentify, gather, record, analyze and share information to inform decisions in a service delivery context
- Be resilient, responsive and collaborative with a proven commitment to individual and team outcomes
- Effective communication skills to confidently communicate with colleagues, stakeholders and customers
- Experience undertaking procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks, including data entry
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks that will impact outcomes
