Job Overview

GROW Inc is a leading FinTech company in Australia, founded to address problems in the Superannuation and Managed Funds industry.

We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to manage end-to-end claims within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality assurance, incident handling, and collaboration with training and development to support the claims administration team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage claim work items within agreed SLAs and communicate potential SLA risks for corrective action.
  • Audit your claim portfolio to ensure compliance with SLAs, business rules, life code, SIS Act, and super code regulations.
  • Team Quality Assurance: Perform QA tasks and end-to-end claim reviews for proficient case management; mentor administrators to address quality gaps.
  • Incident Management: Report incidents within SLA timeframes and assist with remediation when requested.
  • Handle complex enquiries raised internally and externally and provide answers within agreed SLAs.
  • SOPs: Contribute SME input for Standard Operating Procedures and complete actions within set timeframes.
  • Complaint Management: Support complaint activities related to Insurance Claims and RG271 as required.
  • Training Facilitation: Collaborate with the training team to plan, organize, and deliver training sessions for the claims administration team.
