Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Service team and ensure that all warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately. This role involves managing the process of reviewing warranty claims, collaborating with the Service team to confirm claims and plan deliveries, monitoring progress of claims and communicating updates to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the process of reviewing warranty claims and processing within established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Service team to confirm claims and plan deliveries.
- Monitor progress of claims and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Prepare invoicing of work orders.
- Ensure all warranty claims, documents, and contracts are correctly registered in the system.
- Prepare information for internal and external warranty audits.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail. 3-5 years' experience as a warranty administrator is highly desirable. The candidate should have knowledge and experience of best practice warranty management and demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel.
