TIC (Reverse Logistics) operates throughout Australia and New Zealand managing the product returns process on behalf of major Australian retailers.

The TIC (Reverse Logistics) Claims Administrator is a critical role within the Company, primarily acting as a 'claim's department' on behalf of our customers to seek credit from suppliers and manufacturers for faulty and other returned product that comes to TIC.

The Claims Administrator Role is responsible for managing the administrative claim process of customer returns for our Retailers.  You will work closely with our customers and suppliers to negotiate outcomes or escalate matters as required.  Regular updates and formal reporting as to the status of claims being processed is often done one on one with our customers but also with the direct support of the Operations / Administration Managers as needed.

To be a successful candidate, you will possess.

  • Previous customer service / claims administration experience
  • Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Excel (analysis with V-Lookup) and Word
  • Ability to work autonomously and achieve results.
  • Ability problem solve systems, sell, and deliver process improvement.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills - sense of urgency
  • Ability to both enter and retrieve data from inhouse developed SQL Databases
  • Reliable own transport
