Workforce Planning Specialist

We're seeking an experienced event or operations manager who understands the link between workforce engagement and delivering world-class guest experiences. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll play a critical role in optimising the performance and capability of our event workforce to enable them to deliver world-class events at our precinct.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Workforce Operations professionals and collaborate with key functional areas and venue leaders to ensure the workforce is aligned, engaged, and delivering to world-class standards.
- Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose performance and capability framework for the Event Workforce in partnership with the Organisational Capability team.
- Oversee the scheduling and planning for the event workforce, ensuring our recently transformed technology solution is embedded and meets the needs of our growing business.
- Support your team to manage tier one issues in the best possible way for the employee and guest experience, leveraging your understanding of ER/IR frameworks such as enterprise bargaining agreements, awards, workplace policies, and frameworks.
- Work closely with the People Experience Manager to ensure our people experience is optimised at every level and enhances the attraction and retention of a world-class team to enable us to provide the best possible guest experience.
