We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to contribute to the success of our Primary Health Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting workforce needs, developing scheduling strategies, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and forecast workforce requirements based on business objectives
- Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage while controlling labor costs
