Job Description

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our ANZ business stakeholders to develop tailored go-to-market strategies and execute the marketing plan seamlessly. You will collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align local plans with global priorities, monitor market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, and sharpen marketing strategies for respective target markets.

  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Assist in developing local content strategy, collaborating with local business unit leads and the AP Marketing Lead.
  • Facilitate profiling of key thought leaders and shape their personal branding as industry subject matter experts.
  • Identify and organise effective participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the DuPont Sustainable Solutions brand and insights.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, Eloqua, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
About the Role

The salary for this position is estimated to be around AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
