This is a critical position at a reputable wholesale builder focused on delivering high-quality, turnkey townhomes and house & land packages in growth corridors across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
The company offers a long-term career path for a motivated Business Development Manager ready to make an impact. As the leader of this key initiative, you'll take charge of:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners
- Driving sales of townhomes and house & land packages through the wholesale and investment channels
- Attending industry events and client presentations
- Working closely with internal sales, marketing, and development teams to align messaging and offering
- Providing market insights and feedback to influence product design and pricing
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in relationship management, business development or channel sales management (ideally with builder experience)
- Strong network within property investment groups or financial services firms highly regarded
- A proactive and consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term relationships
- Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A genuine passion for the industry
