Oxygen Recruitment & HR is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a leading non-bank lender, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Contract review and analysis
- Regulatory and legal due diligence
- Ensuring general conduct obligations are satisfactory
- Day-to-day support of the compliance and enterprise risk section
- Troubleshooting internal matters around risk and compliance for both Australian and NZ loans
- Developing and maintaining policies
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in risk and compliance, with a deep understanding of consumer credit, including the National Consumer Credit Protection (NCCP) framework.
You will have exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
