Research Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality market research reports for internal and external clients.
  • Develop and maintain database systems and research spreadsheets.
  • Attend and present at seminars to interact with clients and gain market knowledge.
  • Liaise with internal and external information sources.
  • Analyse property data to determine benchmarks.
  • Collect and analyse data to create a holistic view of the property market.
  • Prepare specialised property reports and commentary.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Property or Business/Economics.
  • Strategic thinking with client-oriented approach.
  • Team player with high time management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships at all business levels.
  • High MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Intermediate level skill in data analysis tools.
  • Good understanding of ArcMap and/or mapping systems.
  • Database system skills and data extraction.
  • Exposure to data processing software and templating.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
