**Market Research Professional Opportunity**

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing QLD property markets and delivering high-quality reports for clients.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Collect and analyze data for designated Queensland property markets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track property market variables across office, retail, and industrial sectors, including vacancy, construction, sales, and leasing transactions.
  • Develop actionable insights to inform investment decisions.
  • Produce well-researched reports for subscribers and public-facing research papers.
  • Support clients with additional inquiries and research requirements.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new software programs as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or have 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field. A degree in Property, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
