Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our properties to potential buyers. This includes conducting market research, competitor analysis, and creating marketing collateral such as brochures, signage, and advertising materials. You will also oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial development projects
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify buyer demographics, demand, and positioning
  • Create and manage project branding, marketing collateral, and campaign messaging
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, and email marketing
