We're seeking a Property Expert to lead our research efforts. This is a key role in driving business growth through informed decision-making.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality research content, including market updates, reports, and publications. You will work closely with our marketing team to amplify our brand and support revenue growth through speaking engagements, report syndication, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering a content schedule that meets the needs of our business
  • Acting as a spokesperson for our organization, engaging with media outlets to provide expert commentary and respond to key market events
  • Delivering compelling presentations and tailored briefings to industry bodies, clients, and consumers, enhancing our brand awareness and positioning us as a leader in property analysis and thought leadership
  • Maintaining data quality and integrity, collaborating with analytics and product teams to ensure research outputs are accurate and timely
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue growth through public speaking, report syndication, and consulting activities
  • Supporting clients with tailored market insights and contributing to cross-functional projects, including marketing campaigns and strategic planning
Requirements:
  • Experience as a research leader or senior economist with a strong track record in property market analysis or related fields
  • Formal qualifications in economics, finance, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience as a confident media spokesperson
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including marketing, social media, analytics, and product
  • Comfortable with regular travel to key locations
