What You'll Do

As a Property Lawyer at Loan Market Ignite, you'll manage the end-to-end conveyancing process, including:

  • Handling residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
  • Reviewing and advising on Contracts of Sale
  • Providing clear, confident legal advice to clients
  • Guiding clients through each step of the conveyancing process
Skills & Experience
  • Practising certificate required – must be a qualified solicitor.
  • Conveyancing experience – minimum 2 years handling residential property matters, including settlements, contract review, and client advice.
  • PEXA proficiency – comfortable using Property Exchange Australia for electronic settlements.
  • Queensland property law knowledge – strong understanding of conveyancing regulations and compliance requirements.
