The Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and target markets.
  • Online Presence Management: Oversee website content, social media accounts, and online reputation to ensure a strong digital presence.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate effective marketing collaborations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leasing and property management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and high customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in the property management industry.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
