Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hearing Care Coordinator to join our team at our West Lakes clinic.

As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing tailored product information, and guiding them through our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing product information.
  • Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists.
  • Guide customers through our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote our clinic and its services.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
  • Good computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
  • Attention to detail with a solid administrative background and a collaborative spirit.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
